Potential issues are covered in the list below. Shakti has integrated tools from many energy modalities to create a unique balance. The body is cleared from blocks, distress, trauma, and memories stored in the body. A session typically lasts 1-2 hours and addresses a specific goal.

Phone Sessions: You can work from the comfort of your own home, or office, and do your sessions in your pajamas if you wish. The call will be recorded which can be a great tool for deepening and furthering your healing. SKYPE is a great option too (especially for visual people.)
